  • IT coordination and PMO – Managing the life cycle of ICT projects in all four countries, through the phases of initiation, planning, realization, monitoring and control and closure 
     
  • IT Planning – defining capacity needs, coordinating, and monitoring ICT spending and budget
     
  • Application development – planning, developing and maintaining each application ensuring flexibility, reliability and competitiveness in terms of costs and service quality;
     
  •  IT Analysis – analyzing business specifications and change requests from all relevant stakeholders, with the aim to design solutions that address truly the underlying business needs;
     
  •  Application testing – performance of internal ICT tests (e.g. performance testing, regression testing) and support User Acceptance Test (UAT) execution performed by the competent functions of the Business Owners.
     
  • Second Level Support – providing second level support for the resolution of issues related to the applications, ensuring the integration and application deployment support, both for internal and external solutions
     
  • ICT Governance, Architecture and Methodology – ensure the adoption of Group standards and methodologies related to ICT processes and tools through monitoring and supporting the adoption of the guidelines, methodologies, and tools. 
     
  • Cybersecurity & BCM – defining objectives, rules and controls for Cybersecurity, information security and business continuity risks, analysing the internal and external context, monitoring the threats and any changes which could modify the information security residual risk
